| How much does membership cost? |
| $39 per month for individuals, $195 for up to ten users, $295 for up to 18 users. Get two months free with an annual subscription. |
| How can I pay for membership? |
| We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For annual subscriptions we accept checks. If you have any questions about payment options, please email sales@trapperwoods.com. |
| When will I get access to my membership? |
| Your account will be active immediatly upon registration. |
| Do I have to sign a contract? |
| There are no contracts, no minimum commitments, and you can cancel your membership at any time by calling or emailing us. If you choose the annual subscription option we can not offer refunds for any unused months of your membership. |
| How do I access my membership account? |

| Can I listen to the audio materials on my MP3 player? |
| Yes. You can receive some of our Podcasts through iTunes. If you have an MP3 player you will use iTunes. |
| How often are the Live Webinars? |
| We offer monthly live webinars and teleseminar events exclusively for members. These events do fill up so registration is required for each event. |
| Can I change my billing credit card number? |
| Yes. You can change your billing credit card by calling us. |
